I think it looks good! Especially for your first! I think if you wanted you could add a few toys or even rolled up wash cloths for more color or you could just add a bow on the top! Good job 🙂

You did a great job for your first one. Maybe you could put some little sockies around the diapers behing the ribbon, or even a little toy, or a little spoon and fork. I did one a couple of years ago and I used those little things to fill it up a bit more. You could even get some little bibs, roll them up to and squeeze them in there as well 🙂

I think it looks great! You could add a few small toys, diaper cream, travel bath wash/lotion, pacifiers, teething rings, etc if you wanted to add more color.

I agree with the PP’s. It looks great for your first attempt but I would probably add a few more things just to give it a bit more bang.

I’ve made a few diaper cakes for friends and family and Mom to be always loves ’em. Actually, my SIL just took the diaper cake from her baby shower apart this past mothers day so that we could drink the bottle of champagne that was inside. Her shower was roughly a year ago.

@HappilyEverAfter54:  Does she have a nursery theme? I did my SIL’s diaper cake in the nursery/shower theme and it was a huge hit. I can probably find a pic to post for reference if you want.
