Usually the guest(s) will write in their own name, but I think if I understand what you are trying to say, you should be okay.
I'm filling out my guests names (for my small wedding). I figured it was almost as fast as putting a number on the RSVP, and many of our guests are doctors, so the M______________
thing wasn't going to work anyway.
I think it will be just fine.

I filled out who was invited and thier name.
Are we supposed to leave that blank so the guest fill it out?
But.... there also the menu selection and whatever the person chooses they write there name there so i may be ok?
