Hey Circus Peanut: I think they have decided not to do a baby bee site... however i noticed that there is a sister site called just mommies... i will search and see if i can't find the baby bee posts for you...
This has actually been discussed a lot on here, but I can't seem to find any of them right now to link to for some reason...will keep looking!
I think it's in the Ideas section, and I think it's not on top of the priority list right now, but my memory is very fuzzy.
A few months ago Mrs. Bee wrote a post announcing her pregnancy (Congratulations Bee!) but also described her reasons for not wanting to do a pregnancy site at this time. You can look at her post through her archives.

We aren't going to do a baby site for a while... maybe with our next pregnancy. :-)
I kind of want an update on the bees and baby bee that was born a few weeks ago... sigh
