WOW. That's a gorgeous location. It's going to be kind of difficult to find centerpieces and what not to compete against the boldness of your venue.
If it were my venue, to compliment your room I would probably do A LOT of candle centerpieces.
How about something on the lines of this?

Will the restaurant decorate for you? I kind of like it the way it is - very modern. I think flowers (being more traditional) might clash. It looks like they have red candle centerpieces already.
Martha Stewart Weddings website has a little quiz you can take on "what my colors should be." Normally I wouldn't both but this one was acutally good!
I think flowers would be fine. But for the centerpieces, could you pick up on the blue/purple accents? It looks like blue lighting or something. The decor is pretty but also dark. Maybe you could have centerpieces that have white flowers? I think you could also use yellow. I also like the idea of candles Wendy suggested. But even if you don't use flowers, you still need to pick a color scheme for other things.
definitely go with something really modern for the flower arranagement style
I'm thinking don't go for a pop and stick with monochromatic red flowers...would look lush and like the restaurant decor is part of your scheme
The red, orange and brown in the restaurant is perfect for a fall wedding. You could play off that! I think oranges would look stunning, personally...
Check out the inspiration boards on 100 Layer Cake ! They were very helpful for me and give me total color envy when I look at them now lol
You can't really change the red walls so you just have to include them.
I think white, orange, cream and red will work well together.
The other idea is a bit funkier: creams, blues, and aqua/teal colors.
Good luck.
Oh, and I'm sure you've heard of Perfect Palette. But they have great inspiration boards by color. You could look for any color! Check out the teal posts and red posts. Lots of good ideas.
thanks everyone for all of your suggestions. I'm gonna have to think about this one!!!
when I looked at the picture of the restaurant the first colors that came to my mind were all shimmer reds, champagnes, golds, coppers, burnt oranges - super rich fall colors and again all shimmer - - - - I am just sayin'

So I am thinking I will probably book this restaurant venue (pic below). What color decorations/flowers would go with this setting? Something that will pop, as the restaurant is pretty dim in lighting, but that will go well.
