If you're still looking, check our the Legendary Park Plaza.
I got married at Beverly Hilton Hotel and it was awesome. Also good to check out is Skirball Musuem, and (although this sounds weird_=) Taglyan Cultural Center (amazing ballroom!!!).
I literally checked about 30 venues in person, plus the ones I saw online. I was seeking a venue for 300 and had some trouble. I can suggest several, but its a little tough without knowing what "affordable" means to you. I am going to assume around $50ish/head and suggest the following. Also, any particular city?
1. Castaway in Burbank (2 events at a time but in separate buildings)
2. Universal Sheraton adjacent to CItyWalk is amazing. It has 1 ballroom at the top floor and one in the bottom floor of tower. The one on top would be perfect for your size and its all windows. I personally couldn't get passed the fact that there is an emergency exit in the middle of the ballroom, but I've seen pictures of creative things.
3. The Park Plaza was like $100+/person + tax + service fee.
4. Westin Pasadena in Old Town Pasadena
Feel free to PM me for more suggestions.
I think the Sky Room can fit 200? They are really cheap for lunch, but I think dinner starts around $50.

Can anyone suggest a venue that can hold 250 people, holds 1 event at a time (may consider if 2 events max), indoors and affordable?
HELP PLEASE!
