If you’re just looking for volume, I’d consider a hoop skirt.  They can offer as much (or I’d think more) volume and have an added bonus of keeping the dress off of your legs for comfort.  Of course there are some down sides to a hoop skirt that crinoline doesn’t have.

I’m no help looking for a crinoline but I bought my hoop on Amazon for like $25 and it’s adjustable and can be very big.

What I did was I bought a hoop skirt AND a tulle crinoline and I wore both. Hoop skirt first, then the crinoline, then the dress. When I was getting alterations done, I was told I had the biggest skirt she’d ever seen. yeah.

These are the ones I bought:

SUPER FULL A-LINE BRIDAL WEDDING GOWN PETTICOAT CRINOLINE

COTTON 4-HOOP BRIDAL WEDDING GOWN DRESS CIVIL WAR PETTICOAT CRINOLINE

@Meaghan_young:  hooped one at the bottom. it gave the skirt the structure/shape i wanted (plus kept the tulle away from my legs… it was hot that day). the tulle over the top gave it the softness/poof that i wanted.

I wore two “Full” ball gowns and it still was so tiny.

Your most likely going to have to pay ALOT or get one with ribbing ( 6 ribbs) and then I would put one on top of that as well.

I agree with hoop skirt … or multiple crinolines … combined
