Hey ladies (and gents)! As some of you know, I've been in the unemployed ranks since February and since my move have had little to no success on the job front. Well this past week I have been in the interview process for a good job that would be excellent if I could secure. Anyway, I just got the call to come in for the final interview stage tonight at 5ish (PST). Could everyone try to send some encouraging bee thoughts my way during that time?
Gosh - I'd love to get this job so I can immediately abuse my current discount at Banana Republic before I quit! Oh yeah, and to have a job that allows me to pay rent...t hat would be great too :)
Try to go over some possible interview questions in your head and think/talk through your answers.
For example:
Why do you want to work here?
How has your previous experience/education prepared you for this
Also, try to think of some questions to ask if you have the oppurtunity, it will show that you researched the company and are really interested in working there.

you are going to be great! there's a reason you are coming back for the final round - bc you are experienced, smart, motivated and the right person for the job. if you believe it, they'll believe it too!
im starting a new job on monday after 3.5 months of living off of uncle sam. it was hard work getting a new offer, but you have to stay positive, upbeat, and confident in your abilities and you'll be fine.

Yay Bees we did it! I interview with Exec Dir. and about 15 min. I left the hiring manager called to offer me the position.
Unfortunately this means less time on WeddingBee but Ill still be around :)
Oh Wow! That is great news! I am looking for a job now too, so I know the stress and pressure of waiting and waiting to hear. I am glad you got the job!

hehe i totally went banana crazy! i need to call the store today and tell them I quit ... thats a little nervewracking!
