My love and I have chosen the colors Red, Black, and Silver for our wedding colors, but we’ve also chosen a spring date. I know these are not spring colors but we both really love them. Is there any way that we can pull these colors off for that season and if so how can we incorporate all the colors together? Someone please help me!!!!

Flapper dress is the first thing it makes me think of.

Season, schmeason. You can absolutely pull it off. Who cares about old traditions and rules of style. Display you and ur FH’s own style. Our colors are similar – black red and white – but our wedding is in Sept. We chose those colors for the Chicago Bulls colors.
Mix the colors among your linens and centerpieces. I plan to do a red fabric ceiling with tons of white paper lanterns, black table cloths and chair covers. I might do milk vases with red flowers as the centerpieces.
Make the decor a statement of you and your sweetie’s style.

Try thinking of things that are in your colors, but also associated with spring. For red, I think of tulips and cherries. Silver comes in many hues – you could pick a warm grey shade rather than a wintery steel. And then use black as a classic accent to make the red and silver “pop.”
Bah – I can’t get my images to load. Here’s some inspiration:

When I think red and spring, I think tulips. You could use red tulips as your flowers and keep the black and silver as accents.
You could even use potted tulips in black planter as you must remember that cut tulips continue to grow when place in water. That doesn’t mean that you can’t use them but the florist needs to know what they are doing.
In order not to make it too dark, I would do white or silver linens.
You can also bring in the silver in your table numbers.
