You could use the stuff people use to keep dresses from falling down--check out hollywoodfashiontape.com. That would probably be more comfortable than double sided tape, but that might work in a pinch.
Yes, Victoria's Secret has fabric tape that sticks to your clean and dry skin. Craft/fabric stores would probably carry it as well.
I use Victoria's Secret double sided tape as well for occasions when I wear shirts/dresses that I can't wear a bra with. They work great.

I need help!!
The wedding dress that I purchased has small cap sleeves on it. Even after alterations, I CANNOT get the sleeves to stay up. I could get them altered even tighter, but that would render my arms completely useless during the reception (think YMCA at waist height and below... boring)
The first thing that popped into my mind is to use double stick tape. But what kind to use? Do I just used Scotch's double stick tape? Or is there something out there made for just this purpose?
