My FI and I would like to present our daughters (19 and 11) with their own rings on our wedding day. Ideally we would like diamonds for the girls because we would like him to be the first man to give his daughters a diamond ring but are open to coloured stones etc.
The problem that I am having however, is that when I go to look for nice, delicate diamond rings (not solitaires) that would be suitable and not cost a small fortune, I can’t find anything. We would like to get something pretty that they can wear all their lives, preferably matching but they don’t have to be and for under $350.00 each.
Can anyone suggest a site to look at or link me up to some nice rings?

I think that’s so sweet. I got our wedding bands from overstock.com, and while looking noticed that they have a lot of diamond (and other stoned) rings for a range of reasonable prices (definitely more reasonable than anything we looked at in a store) depending on the size of the stone etc. Amazon.com also has some great deals.

You can check out promise rings.. they usually have some under 300 that are quite nice with small diamonds

Oh, that is so sweet! A ring comes to mind… it is the first ring my FI and I thought we might want as my ering, but it turned out to be too small and we even said, that would be nice for a younger girl or for a promise ring or something like that…
This one is the Sirena Rose Diamond Ring from Helzberg and it’s around $650, but I swear we saw it at Macy’s last year without the 4 extra diamonds on the “leaves” and it was around $250.

go to kay.com online, they have really cute silver and diamond rings for under $100. And if you want gold, you can still get something in your price range. The one above is $90

google “diamond stacking bands” and/or “stackable rings” etc. usually stacking rings are super delicate and affordable.
also, Kay has a pretty band for $279 that I love: http://www.kay.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product1%7C10101%7C10001%7C-1%7C531069007%7C15051%7C15051.15058.15112

The first thing I thought was either a right hand ring or a promise ring. You can probably find an RHR for around $300.00, somewhere.
I’m sorry I don’t have links or anything but I just wanted to say, what a sweet idea!!

Thanks for the ideas and links I am checking them out now 🙂
I am glad that you all like the idea! We will be asking them to pass the rings down to their first daughter when they feel that the time is right should they have children. We would like the rings to be able to stay within the family and become an heirloom. If I can find rings that suit all of us, we would like to all have matching rings and I will also be getting one.
