To me it looks like a bunch of shepards hooks.... idk how you'd get them all there like that though.. sry.. not very much help =/

It says they are hung on bamboo lengths in vase.
FYI, if you need to try to find something like this in the future go to www.tineye.com . upload your picture and that site will try to find where the picture was used on the net. It's not always successful but helps sometimes.

I am wanting to use this as a decoration for my reception, but I cannot figure out what is holding the lanterns up??!? I found this picture on ProjectWedding.com but there was no information! Any ideas?? Thanks for your help!
