How many venues did you look at before final decision?

I live in Atlanta GA and I find it very difficult to find a venue that offers a beautiful outside wedding ceremony and elegant indoor reception for under 5k that is big enough for 250 guest, that allow us to stay at the reception til 2 a.m, bring our own food, and vendors. Does anybody know of any venues that offer what im looking for? if not, does anyone know of a place that offers outdoor wedding ceremonies, but only the ceremony, for under 1k? I have a strict budget.
