This is a the dress and color I choose for my bridesmaids. I am meeting with a florist this weekend and she asked for me to bring some pictures or ideas. I don’t know what I want. I know that I don’t want cranberry on cranberry. Anyone have any good ideas? My wedding is next September but it will still be Summer.

What are your other colors?

I was also going to ask what are you colors, but also what does your dress look like? I assume you’re going to be using the same kinds of flowers for your bouquet and your BMs…

What about orange? Orange would look really pretty against those dresses!

I can’t make my mind up about colors. I thought about Orange but when I think of Orange I think of Halloween. I would settle for a peachy orange if I could find an good example.
My wedding dress is a “natural” color. I, myself, do not want a colorful bouquet. Mostly white flowers with maybe a hint of peach color.
I had a really hard time with colors since my wedding is technically still in the Summer. But I loved the color of this dress and I thought it would be perfect for September

What about these? Which ones do you like better?

What about something colorful?

Peachy orange would be great.
I looked at dahlia’s for my wedding (and will probably use exclusively dahlias). I’m looking in the orange, peach, red tones. Heres are some peachy ones I loved:

Maybe this will help. I think I’ve got the right color, but if not, you can choose a new color swatch on the lower right and the website will give you color pallets that revolve around the two colors you’ve chosen by default: soft cranberry and ivory:

Thanks everyone. Those are some really great ideas. The dresses are not so much a cranberry color, they are red with a hint of orange. I think I may do a peachy orange and maybe an accent of blue??????????

My BMs had burgundy dresses and carried bouquets of white cymbidium orchids with burgundy centers and the combo looked very nice.

The link I’m posting is kind of local for me but they have some great inspiration shots in their gallery. Maybe you will find something you like.

@SenoritaRita3: Thank you for the the website link. That website was very helpful.
Thank you all for the suggestions. I’m hoping hoping everything goes well with the florist this weekend.

I really like the flowers KatNYC2011 posted!! I think peach with blue would work. Are you thinking of a pale blue, or a louder/bold blue? Good luck this weekend!
