So before my son i could eat anything and didnt have to work out at all.Hes three now and i keep getting an on and off again belly.I look to myself and ppl close to me thinks im pregant -_- and im not.I’m 113 but keep goign from 113-122 right now im not that big really in weight its all belly i think. i tried a it works wrap and it took it away a lot but its back again.I do have the t25 workouts but i never make it past the first CD.I want to work out but when i do my head starts hurting a lot.So i tried just working.IDK if that would help at all or if i start runnning.I want to get toned and lose my stoanch and build muscle.I dont wan tto pay for a gym membership though.Also i wanted to change how i eat.I eat fast food a lot.mostly when im up at my fiances he goes out to eat everyday.Last time i was there i got him to agree to let me cook some days and i cooked three.they probably wasnt that healthy though(echilandas,taco scoup,and breaded chicken).But i’m very picky eater i dont eat veggie at all unless its in something like a soup where i cant taste it.I do eat fruit though.I was thinking about trying a V8 and see if i like them and seeing if that would be helpful for my body.i do drink a lot of soda and tea(i make it like mcdonalds),im going to try to cut back on it and only drink it onc ein a while.idk what else to do. oh this is what my body looks like right now im not sticking anything out.the dip in my back is from holding my shirt on the second picture .

Damiansmum10: Your diet sounds like a big part of the problem. Soda is a major cause of obesity. Cutting out soda and sugary drinks (like the McDonald’s style tea) will go a long way to helping you with weight loss. There is lots of information about this online- just google something like cut soda lose weight. Also, try cutting out the fast food. In addition to not being healthy, is also mostly calories with no real nutritional value.
For me, I have found that my diet is what gives me a flat stomach. Working out- cardio and core work- creates visible abs. I would definitely suggest you visit a doctor before starting any work out regimen, especially since you said your head hurts when you work out. Your doctor can also likely help you with a meal plan.

Damiansmum10: what your eating is not good. You need to cut out fast food completely. Start making your own meals. Soda, the worst thing you can drink. Have a 20oz soda is eqivalent to having 16 packets of sugar!!! Drink more water, if you dont like water, try adding lemon or lime to yor water. Get into an exercise routine. You should try to eat veggies though, its very important.

Damiansmum10: Agree to soda and sugar being the culprit. If you have alot of white bread, pasta or rice you are already getting lots of sugar.
Frankly you dont look bad – a bit of tummy yep so tweaking your diet should work.
The veggie thing is also important – I personally love my ver HOWEVER if you hate it you can try juicing – mixing fruit and veg in a juice – it sounds atrocious but in real life it actually taste very god – i have pineapple + apple + spinach+ cucumber+ celery juice + avocado + lime blended. One mean breakfast and man it is tasty ( dont expect super sweet fruit taste!)
C25k might be an option for cardio?
If you get headaches from working out – you might want to see a doctor – also did you try to measure your heart rate? maybe you are unfit and your heart rate goes into overdrive causing you dizziness and nausea. If this is not the case def see a doctor!!!

Eating clean. The only thing that can help you because the food part seems to be behind all this. Good luck, ita not as hard as people think!

Damiansmum10: Water! Water! Water! The reason you get headaches is probably because you are dehydrated. When you start exercising your body needs even more fluids. Start exercising slowly. Start with the couch to 5K program, it’s fairly easy. But you need a lifestyle change. The IT works wraps only take away water weight, they are POINTLESS. Eat vegetables, eating isn’t always about enjoying what you eat, it’s about giving your body the nourishment it needs. Eat until you just start to feel full then push away from the table. Do not eat until you are totally full. Get hungry in between meals? Drink a bottle of water. Don’t like water? Buy flavoring to put in it. There are plenty of mixes that are only 5 calories and sugar free.
Remember this is not just about losing weight. This is a lifestyle change and takes commitment otherwise you’ll continue with this yo-yo weight and not be healthy.

You’re teaching your son your eating habits. Do you really want him to grow up on a diet of McDonalds, soda, and enchiladas? V8 (even the vegetable kind) is really just a bottle full of sugar with some vitamin C.
