Hi bees im confused if i should or not on writing a letter or a itinerary program ,im not even sure what to call it but what im sure of is that i nneed to do something for the bridal party (entourage) letting them know what are the plans and times for the wedding week specially for the rehearsal run through ceremony and the day of the weddign since this people are so hard to be on time and even some of them are already saying they have to work and the are not sure if the time will work, well with their scheduke so please let meknow what should i do ,i was thing to write on a nice stationary paper and do most like a invitation saying like thabks for being part of this big day blah blah blah gives them the time and place of the rehearsal follow w the address of the restaurant and the time they should be at the ceremony place also i want to remark to have everything ready attire wise since some of them have not even got their measurements yet .i dont know what to do im only 4 weeks apart from my wedding date

@Alexmarg20: I think sending everyone an itinerary is a good idea. At this point, just send it as an email to the wedding party and immediate family. They can forward it on to anyone who asks for additional information. Congratulations, you must be so excited!!!

@Alexmarg20: Use a spreadsheet, no need to make it fancy, you should just have it be very clear.
For every 30-min or 1-hour block have the following:
Who needs to do what, WHERE
Make sure everyone has a copy of all the addresses of the important day. Also, print out EVERYONE’s phone numbers – your parents, yours, groom’s, every member of the wedding party. I’ve been to so many weddings where the bridal party doesn’t have everyone’s contact and it gets hard to coordinate.

@Alexmarg20: it’s a great idea to make sure everyone is on the same page. I would recommend having several other people look over it to make sure it is easily understood before sending it to your party.
