Try foglighten! It’s similar to that – there are a couple different styles- an all caps, and mixed case, and something else, and they’re all free. let me know if you can’t find them and I’ll do a little digging to see if I can find where i downloaded them (I’m using the all caps version for our invites).

 

Engravers is is another option to look in to  Or just page through all the serif fonts on dafont until you find one you like.

I couldnt find that font on my windows either so I just chose a font that looked the closest
