@vivamu: why don't you just ask his family to take care of the wedding in Korea? Is there a specific reason they want you back 3 weeks in advanced? I know if I were having an indian wedding back home it would be IMPOSSIBLE to plan from here.. just because all of the "local" people are by word of mouth.. and don't email. I would have my grandmother have it at her house and all the village people would help put it together. But I would also have to be there like a month in advanced because of all the rituals that have to take place.
@MrsNeutrino:That was our plan that his familycan take care of most of the things, and I can also prepare what do I need to. However, his family called last night told us that they can only do so much, so we need to be there at reast 3 weeks before which I dont think nessesary... I started to think if I can plan from here in U.S. that will help us a lot.
@vivamu: Oh I see.. well find out the things you need to do in those three weeks and then see if there is a company that can take care of it for you. You won't know until you find that out. Also, is the issue that your FI can't go for 3 weeks or both of you can't go? If its just FI...could you go by yourself and Fi meet you later?
There is a website for Korean weddings in the USA.
http://www.mykoreanwedding.com/category/korean-wedding-planners/
I would contact some of the planners and see if they have contacts they would recommend in Korea.
Mr . Kim Hyun Sik, is a wedding planner in Seoul , mentioned in this article:

You could contact him through Visit Korea.
@julies1949:Thank you very mush. I will contact with them. I was kind of worry to use these website because of scam. But I do not really have choice now. Thank you.
@MrsNeutrino:I wish I can do that. But I am not Korean and none of his family speek English, therefore, his family wanted my husband to be there for wedding. I guess I will try and if it doesnt work. I need to talk with my family in Japan.

My husband and I are currentry living in the U.S. However, his family wants us to have wedding in Korea. I also want to have wedding in Korea, too. But!! his family is asking us to come back to Korea to prepare for wedding abotu 3 weeks which is impossible for us to ask his company. I was wondering that if we can make wedding plan from the U.S. and go back to Korea just to have wedding? Is there any wedding package or company making package? I do not know where to start, and I feel like everything is just getting harder and harder. I really want to make it through this...
