@mrsberry2011: Usually an entree is 6-8oz per person and the sides are usually 2-3oz per side item.
I would consider a vegetarian option only because I know my SO has a lot of veggie friends. That said, the broccoli casserole sounds yummy, maybe you could do a little extra of that? Just in case.
