Ok, I really need your help bees.  I have no idea how the schedule should be.  What's (typically) the correct order of these events:

    Toast

    Blessing

    Cake cutting

    Meal

You could do whichever order you would like!

Typically the blessing comes before the meal and the cake cutting directly after for dessert!

The toasts can be whenever you would like. Some people do them before dinner, some during and some after!

I am doing mine right after dinner!

Most weddings I've gone to have done it in this order:

    Blessing

    Meal

    Toasts

Cake cutting (if dessert was also included in the meal.  If not, then this would come before the toasts).

We did our welcome/blessing just before the meal. As guests were finishing up their salads, we had our toasts. The cake cutting was after the meal.

I agree that you can pretty much do whatever you want, as long as it makes logical sense.  I wouls probably go with blessing, meal, toasts (during or after) and then cake cutting.  However, we spaced it out and pushed cake cutting more toward the end of the evening because we had a HUGE dinner and we knew people wouldn't be able to eat right away and because everyone told us that the cake cutting is kind of a sign that people can leave, so some of your older guests might leave directly after the cake cutting.  So we pushed it as our end of the night thing so no one would leave too early.

    This was our order:

    Blessing

    Toasts

    First course served

    Cake cutting

    Second course served

    Dance floor opens

    Cake served
