Sparkidoodle:  are you having a seating chart/place cards? Could do color coded place cards/escort cards for each guest?

Are you having assigned seating then? What is your other decor like? Are there that many options for breakfast?

I know I am having assigned seating but I’m just making the escort cards different colors to denote the meal choice.

Have you considered color-coded place cards? The chairs look pretty without ribbons or covers and they are very modern, I would leave them alone.

ETA: When I started to post there weren’t any other comments, sorry to repeat the same info. But I guess you can see that we all agree haha

For my daughter’s wedding they insisted I put some kind of sticker, on the elegant escort cards, with hand calligraphy. I refused to put them on the front, so I used the back. I got a pack of stickers, that teachers use, and did green stars for vegetarian, gold for chicken, and red for beef. I wrote on the table layout diagram how many chairs to put at each table and how many of what meals at each. So of course, the servers went around and asked everyone anyway, Argh….

Ok so what about a different fruit at each setting with their name card on it. Like an orange, lemon and green apple since you have other fruit decor?

Sparkidoodle:  So are guests to choose one each of starter, main, and dessert? Or maybe I’m not understanding . . . I’m thinking that would make it quite complicated to have it on the place cards . . .

Couldn’t you still do a ribbon or bow … just tied low near the seat with some streamers instead of up near the top?  It would be different than the norm, maybe too out of the box.
