I’ve heard of having the list of people and table numbers printed on a large poster board and hung on an easel.  Some people claim that method is even more efficient than escort cards.  You could even include a “map” of the tables so your guests can find theirs faster.  If you already have a spreadsheet of all your guests’ names it should be easier to compile the list.  Then just call up your local printer and ask for a poster size.  Maybe they can print cherry blossoms on the poster too.

One idea I’ve heard is, instead of using table numbers, to name the tables after types of trees for example – that should fit well with your nature theme.
