I don't have any success pictures of myself just yet but hope to have them in about 5-6 months (fingers crossed!).
There is a thread with pictures here on the Bee by MandMack which I found hugely inspiring, take a look at this:
1. First post with pics: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/gooooooooaaaaaaaallllllllllll
2. How she did it: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/what-worked-for-me
16 lbs is awesome!! You're doing great. WW is a great program and it totally works if you stick with it.
I posted about my experience in this old thread. Before/after pics included. (And there are a few other bees' pics in there as well. Lots of inspiration!!)

@The Unsuspecting Bride: I'm so glad you found my 'story' inspiring!
I actually reached Lifetime today! (Woohoo) Apart from the two threads of mine already mentioned I have one called 'What worked for me part 2' which is about how I embraced weight watchers. And I still write about fitness/healthy living on my blog (there's a link to it in my profile) if you're interested in reading more!

Hello!
I have been "doing" weight watchers for about a year now. I have lost 16 lbs. For those of you who have just joined WW, PLEASE don't get discouraged! Whenever I actually follow the program, and not even perfectly, just track, eat reasonbly, and get a bit of activity, I do wonderfully!
Whenever I am doing what I am supposed to, I ALWAYS have a loss at the scale!
So why do I need inspiration? Because I just need to kick my butt in to gear! I was 233 at my heaviest and I am only five feet tall! Not healthy at all! I have just started the C25K program (for the 3rd time) but this time, I am already in the middle of week 2! And feelng great about it!
I am "waiting" and I have made a goal to be down to at least 150 by our 4 year anniversary (we are at 2.5 right now) because I think we will be engaged around that time. I want to wear a bikini on my honeymoon damn it! (I have NEVER come close to anything resembling a bikini!)
I have seen some of your wonderful success stories and photos, and they are so encouraging! So please share!
Also, and this may be a little creepy, but my meeting leader says I need to be able to visualize myself at goal. Well, I haven't been below 180 at any point in time that I can remember, not even since like middle school. So, if it isn't too creepy, and any of you wonderful ladies are 5'0 (or close!) and are around 125-145, I would love to see what that looks like!
Sorry this post is so long, I just need your inspiring posts! :)
