The type of bouquet you're describing is called by a bunch of different names including pageant bouquet, arm sheaf bouquet, presentation bouquet, or arm bouquet. When I used some of those terms with roses and baby's breath to do a Google Image search I found some of the following:

The last one is the closest, but still not what i'm looking for, thanks for trying. The one I saw wasn't flat on the one side, and you didn't carry it in your arm, you carried it like a regular bouquet.
no, i don't know what i mean that's why it is so hard, i really really appreciate you trying. It was a picture like 1 square inch at the bottom of a random page in a bridal mag that i no longer have, and it's like really that tiny little picture is my inspiration....haha than my sis took it without realizing i needed it go figure
Hmm. Well here are some sites that show types of bouquets- perhaps you will recognize the shape and once you know what it's called, you could search for it:

I am diying all the flowers. I had an inspiration picture of a bridal bouquet that I loved and my little sister used it for a school project and couldn't get it back. I haven't been able to find one similar since.
Ok my flowers are red roses, baby's breath and fern. Not sure if i'll use the fern in the bouquet probably not. I don't want a traditional round tight bouquet. I like it undone and messy. I will not be wrapping the ends in fabric or anything. I want it to look like I just picked it from the garden, but with a little more shape. If anyone can help that would be great!!
