I should add that I have looked online for reviews, I just don't know which ones are trustworthy -
Can't help there, I prefer to just use my elliptical. (It was like $300-$400 online at Dick's Sporting Goods? The only downside is you need to assemble it) I don't know if you know this but drinking 32oz of green tea daily increases your metabolism! So if you're trying to lose weight, you should add this to your diet to speed things up.
I think you should check out some belly dancing/pole dancing classes. I bet your fiance would appreciate it and it definitely tones you up. I know there's a gym around here called Flirty Girl Fitness that does all sort of stuff like that. (Some of the names are pretty intimidating though! lol)

Hey Ladies - Like many other brides-to-be I am trying to lose some weight before my wedding. I have had some decent luck with walking and running, but I do need to tone my tummy a bit to get the best fit out of my dress -
So my question is ... Has anyone tried the Ab Circle Pro? I am very skeptical, but am willing to put in the work with this machine (or others) if they produce results.
Any advice?
