Oh my gosh your venue is AMAZING.
What about coloured napkins or glitzy napkin rings if you can only do white in those too? I think you could do really bold flowers with your colours to really add the punches of colour you want.
How many tables are you having? I'm wondering if you can throw a cheap sari over each one or cut them into runners.
Good idea about the napkins! I might actually look into that instead of overlays or something. That makes me think maybe deep purple napkins with gold napkin rings.
I thought about the sari thing. We're going to have 10-12 tables, probably maxing out at 120 people. The tables are rounds... not sure of the size since I'm waiting for his big surprise proposal before we schedule meetings with vendors.
But that makes me think maybe I could buy the cheap artsilk polyester saris with the gold printed borders, kind of like sarongs, and just cut them as either a square overlay on the rounds or maybe just a runner. I definitely want the dark purple on the linens somehow to bring out the flower colors. I was thinking about magenta, marigold, and yellow flowers with a few purple orchids accenting them.... still undecided on what the centerpieces will actually be though. :)
Hi-

for ideas. They have some gorgeous weddings featured on there!
You could use child size bangle bracelets as naplin rings.

You could bring in one of your colors using charger plates, or even consider the idea of various bright colored chargers.
Manzanita branches would go well with your venue. Attach exotic bright colored flowers-real or silk.

or use tall vases and bright colored flowers:

or use a lantern with flowers at the base
For lanterns, check these out. We had the blue version at our wedding and they were the talk of the table! Here: Yellow Moroccan Lanterns
You could also consider rose petals in the oranges, yellows, maybe deep reds, and decorate the tables. Or a fill a vase , and incorporate candles in a centerpiece.

Hi everyone!
Okay, this is the venue we will have our reception and ceremony at:
http://www.crystalgardenscatering.com/
My soon to be fiance is Muslim, so it will only be that ceremony (because I don't want my own. I think believing in God is enough). I love the Bollywood colors and feel, and I'm really grateful I can try to replicate it in my decor but I'm really, really stuck.
Here are the confines: we are only having white linens (our colors are magenta, deep purple, and gold).
So I... really just can't figure it out in my mind. I want to have oranges and yellows incorporated into the pinks and purples, and I definitely want flowers. I really want tall centerpieces, too... but I am stuck. Does anyone have any ideas they can show me? I'm hoping someone here is more creative!
