I got married in the fall and we had understated elegant centerpieces with lots of votive candles. It might be less romance than you want, but here's what we did.

@KatNYC2011: I love them!!! That is pretty much what I want! I think I just needed to see something like what I was thinking of, I couldn'y find anything online.
Yay! I'm so glad to hear it.

@FutureMrs86: Thank you! And no problem. I love sharing pictures.
@KatNYC2011: These are gorgeous! Thanks for posting, I have not been able to put my finger on what I'd like my tables to look like, but I think this is the direction I'm headed!
Have you tried pinterest? Putting a board together might help you be able to see kind of the "bigger picture" from other pictures you may fancy. Depending on your venue, metal lanterns might be kind of neat. They would fit into your colors and give you the candle feel that you really love. Or, wrapping some mason jars in various types of lace with candles inside would give you the light you love with a different texture? Sorry, just trying to brainstorm. Best of luck!

I'm getting married this October and while I have my colors down ( Burgundy and Orange) I still have yet to find a theme! I want it to be romantic/elegant ( just like everyone else I bet lol) So i'm thinking candles...a lot of candles because I do love them. I have an appoitment with my florist in about a month and she wanted me to have some ideas before I went in there andI just need some serious help. Any advice I will be most thankful for! Thank you ladies!
