What kind of wedding are you having? That would be helpful to know, because I have a ton of paper pictures.
Lol, my theme is allover the place: It´s a December wedding, at night, so it is pretty formal
I guess you could say it is going to be a modern wedding (lounge setting, sushi show and fireworks) with vintage touches (lots of lace, Polaroid photobooth and antiques centerpieces similar to Mrs. Lovebug's).
Ah, yeah, and a lot of purple.
I LOVE my invitations from Printable Press.
I'm having a more casual wedding, so I don't think they would really fit yours, but Kimi, the owner of Printable Press was such a joy to work with. I would recommend using her company to anyone!
Wedding Paper Divas have a couple of black ones that I LOVED........
I think I deleted the pics I had on my computer. I didn't end up going with the black ones - not sure why - but - I did get my invites from them and I am really pleased with them as a business.
I think Essentially Weddings - had a black one too - I love the black ones.
I am going with these, but with a few tweaked details:

I think we're going to get the brick pattern for the liner, instead of the bold blue zig-zags. We don't need a reception card (ceremony & reception in same venue) but we wanted to keep the trio of images together. I'm also thinking we'll use the brick on the place cards and table number cards. I found adorable bench place card holders!

I am loving what my invites will become (excuse the f'd up first trial and yes that's an rsvp not an invite, see it for the potential lol!!) yes I'm going to drive myself nuts DIY'g them!

Formal Invitations.com sells 100 invitations for under $100. Check em out. I think I may buy them from here if I don't find any I like at the print shop.
@ mxf05b mine are from printable press too!!
Kimi was so easy to work with and did a spectacular job. Mine were custom, but she also has a ton that you can just customize and print for a really reasonable price. I highly recommend her. www.printablepress.com
i love that site!!! anyone have any indication of how much it would actually end up costing if you take it to local print shop?
Here is what my invites will look like. Different color of course.

@hannahbvc - got mine done at staples, and printing for 3 pieces (one double sided) in color on specialty paper was about $250. I'm sure it can be done for cheaper too.

Right when I´m about to get my invitations printed, I´m having second thoughts about the whole design, from the background color to the fonts and wording! Time to dig in your wedding inspiration folder, bees.
Please give me something to drool over and get inspired, or show me your invitations if you already have them!
