So far, I’ve chosen “1000 years” cover song by the Piano Guys.
this will be for me to walk to, or for the wedding party. I’m looking for a second instrumental song to use so that I can have my own that plaone when my dad walks me down the aisle. I’m looking for something non-traditional that goes well with the above song.

@cieritaqt: Omg I was just going to suggest A Thousand Years cover by the Piano Guys! I’m totally doing that song for me!

@HuskerGirl: isn’t it a beautiful version?! I also just found one called “I love Nye” by badly drawn boy, it’s nice too maybe for the wedding party?

I’m using “Yellow” by Vitamin String Quartet (VSQ) for the bridesmaids and “Dare You to Move” by VSQ for me

@HuskerGirl: I was going to suggest that too. It’s what I used for the bridal party and myself 🙂

We are doing “Use Somebody” by Vitamin String Quartet (Kings of Leon) or Falling Slowly by Vitamin String Quartet. We are still deciding. Falling slowly means nothing to us, I just like the song, and Use Somebody was a hit song when we started talking and it means something to us.

I’m obsessed with the instrumental version of Kissing You by Des’ree from the Romeo + Juliet soundtrack. Its a bit of a throwback, but I think its so romantic.

My bridesmaids walked in to the VSQ version of “I’m Yours” by Jason Mraz, and I walked in to the VSQ version of “Falling Slowly” by Swell Season (from the movie Once). Falling Slowly is a must-listen if you’ve never heard it. Such beautiful music!

I’m going to be walking to an acoustic version of I won’t give up by Jason Mraz 🙂

I walked out to the Vitamin String Quartet version of Journey’s Don’t Stop Believin’ (which is important to us). VSQ has hundreds of songs to choose from. I used to research them on amazon, lol.

I’m walking to the instrumental version of So This Is Love from the Disney Fairy Tale Wedding’s CD. My groom, groomsmen, and bridesmaids will be walking to Someday My Prince Will Come. 🙂
