You should look for the 14 inch ones – those are the shortest  i have seen.  REMY isnt’ a brand – it just refers the the quality of hair.  Do you have any stores nearby that sell them?  It is best to find a good color match so that you don’t have to die them.  I paid about $100 for mine (USD).

@Lollybags:  I would check out stores nearby first.  I love my clip ins!  You can’t tell they are there at all.

Locks and Bonds!! They are by far the best extensions I’ve used. They even have an option for just a quad weft if you don’t want to add a lot of length and just want volume.

Buy from Headkandy!

They do colour matching, and mine are AMAZING! They are a little expensive though ($200) but if you’re looking for quality you won’t regret it. I got mine in May and they still look new, feel great and they blend so well with my hair.  I got 22′-24′ extensions.

@Lollybags:  They are cheaper the shorter you go, and you could probably spend as little as $140 for shorter ones, but you could also look at  foxy locks, they are supposed to be pretty good as well and I think they are much cheaper than head kandy.

I think you might have trouble ordering online if you need them by mid January though, because usually shipping takes 3-6 weeks and with christmas and new years you might be cutting it a bit fine. Have you looked at the Hair Warehouse? I’m not sure where abouts in AUS you are but basically any hair shop will sell real hair extensions.

Do you have a Sallys Beauty Supply nearby? I got mine there and I love them! I got them for a special occasion and ended up liking them so much I wore them constantly! They make updos so much better looking! And I had them cut so I could wear them with my hair down too. I paid around $100 for them, however, I have a friend that gets hers from Sallys also and she spends around $40.

I got mine from here: http://www.luxyhair.com/. They shipped fast, have really good customer service and they’ve lasted me FOREVER. I bought them for a temporary thing but I still wear them sometimes when I want fuller-looking hair.

@Lollybags:  depends on the size bun you want but I’d say yes. with your own hair and the quad piece even a mediocre stylist should be able to make that work! It also good enough that you’ll be able to use many many times for other occasions. Seriously, theirs are amazing and hold up amazingly well 🙂

***also, I don’t work for the company! I just love the extensions.
