    So every girl dreams of being desirable to their groom...well mine happens to be obsessed with being fit. He never pressures me but I really want to transform my body into something he would be proud of... any suggestions for butt, thighs, and abs??     You look good to me! lol...

    If you wanna slim down, look at what you are eating (or drinking). That has a lot to do with it. I love doing kettlebells and they are a great cardio and weight training mixed in one!

    First of all, you look amazing, as is, but if you want to tone your butt, thighs, and abs, I'd do pialtes and power yoga with a lot of emphasis on standing strngth poses (warrior poses and the like).  Then there are always squats!

    @Aubree:  Agreed, you look great already! But some tips that help me are: 

    -Cutting out all beverages besides water and unsweetened tea - it's important to stay hydrated, especially if you're exercising, and liquid calories build up FAST (a latte here, a fruit juice or beer all add up)

    -Be active whenever possible - get some 5 lb weights and do curls while watching TV, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc. I know that when I was running/jogging/walking for 30 min a day made ALL the diffference and I could even afford to eat a little junk food. You can get a cheap pedometer at the drugstore and try to work in an extra mile throughout the day! 

    -Don't deprive yourself - it's all about quantity. If you deprive yourself of "no-no" foods altogether, you'll crave them even more. 

    -Make sure to eat lots of veggies (order salad dressing on the side, skip the croutons) and don't forget to eat GOOD carbs if you're active (i.e. whole grain pasta and bread). 

    -Try and get your SO to work out WITH you :) It helps SO MUCH to have a partner for moral support and encouragement. I recommend Richard Simmons exercise videos - even though they're silly, the women in them are all normal body types, not women who are already super fit and intimidating. 

    -Try to focus on measurements and how strong you feel rather than how many lbs you weigh - muscle weighs more than fat :) 

    Like I said, you already look amazing, but good luck in your fitness quest! And CONGRATS!
