I made this last night (I’m eating it for lunch right now) and I thought I was the best chef who ever lived… it is SO GOOD, not overly lemony or creamy.. just perfect, FI and his family are also head over heals for it. We had it with warm croissants, which was perfecto..
Do you have any recipes that you just NEED to share?

I made these baked pork chops tonight, but sauted diced bacon, onion, garlic with onions before adding 1 can each of cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups to make the gravy. Also, didn’t have any wine, so used a heavy splash each of apple juice and chicken stock. Absolutely delicious.
