Hmmm...well, honestly? The shoes you have are nice...BUT. The Steve Madden shoes are FABULOUS! I love them! Sorry....I'm no help...I'm telling you to eek...spend more money! I love the SM shoes!
@MissHelen: TONS of different online shoe stores carry those Steve Maddens. I'll do a little looking.
And not to toot my own horn but the SM > your original shoes ;o)
SM shoes! The bow thingie looks like the flower thingies on your dress. (not feeling so hot today, not so articulate.)
Especially if you will wear the other shoes anyway.
I like both shoes, but the Steve Madden ones a little more. However, it sounds like it may be a pain to get them and like you said, might not even fit you well. I'm not sure it's worth the hassle.
I really love the SMs. If you are worried about the sizing, why not look for something comprable? My concern with the khussas is that the gold is very yellow.
Those Steve Madden's are everywhere! Call around & see if there's any dept stores, DSW, Mandee stores that carry them? I think the Steve's are really pretty - plus, you'll get more use out of Steve's than your orig. choice.

Hey bees.
So I'd been looking for cute flats forever when I came across khussa shoes and thought "perfect! Those will work!"
So I ordered a gold pair (my dress is gold) and a blue pair. The gold pair came, and ..... not exactly what I'd ordered, but still nice. Here they are:
Then the other day the incomparable hotchildinthecity introduced me to these:
Florale in champagne suede by Steve Madden ... *drool*
I spent about $76.00 total on the two pairs of khussas with shipping and all. Not that bad.
I looked on the Steve Madden website and .... they're not in my size. Not to be deterred I emailed them and they got back to me saying there are two stores in the nation that may have them in size 11. Granted, I have a wide foot and don't know if these would work. It's a risk.
So should I chance it? Should I buy these shoes? Or stick with what I've already got?
