I think it looks similar to maggie sottero tuscana vidal. Not sure if it is that but looks simliar.
@pinkb: It is really similar but I don't think it's quite the same!!
@jennifer_nz: That's sort of what I was thinking. But this dress seems to have a more defined line at the hip than the Toni, but maybe that's just the way this one is photographing. Hmmm.
@NDBee: This one seems much fuller than Tuscana Vidal picture I've seen, and maybe it is the same? I can't quite tell now!
@miz fizzix: But check out this non-model pic of the TV. This one seems pretty similar to the fabric/flow of your find.
And here's a non-model pic of the Toni dress from a bee thread, and another thread with pics of the Toni.
@NDBee: It's not Toni either...the back is different...but the front beading is really similar.
What does the tag say? Sottero & Midgley or Maggie Sottero - any other numbers or anything? That would be the easiest way to narrow it down...
@NDBee: Hmm...maybe it is Tuscana Vidal? This skirt on mine seems way fuller, and the train is quite a bit longer than it seems in the picture, but they do look a lot alike... I'm not sure, but it probably is, now that I look more and more...
@jennifer_nz: It says Sottero and Midgley Haute Couture collection on the inside tag, and so do the hanger straps. There are no other numbers or anything besides the size!
@miz fizzix: Is it a corset back? Do you have any photos of you or a friend in it? That may help when comparing it to other online pics. It's such a good find!
@NDBee: No pics of me in it, I don't have anybody to help me into the thing yet, and I'm home alone right now so taking pics would be a chore. I can try reposting more later though.
It does have a corset back for sure though.
I figured it out! It's Sottero and Midgley ASM3171
That one just happens to look really similar to Maggie Sottero Tuscana Vidal, which seems to be like the A-line version of my dress. Mine is really more of a ballgown than an A-line which is hard to see on the hanger.
Thanks for all of your help ladies!

If you want to read the back story on how I found this dress, try this post on how I discovered it:

Anyhow, I'm trying to figure out which model number or year it is, and I know how good you ladies are on your dresses. I think it's probably a couple years old (it's not on their website), but if you could give me any pointers, I'd apprecite it!!!
Pardon the bad cell pictures...I did the best I could!
The whole thing in the mirror:
The top (which I believe there may be something missing on the bustline ribbon in the center, but that's an easy fix too...)
The skirt:
