Weddingbee boards

Just had to share... I'm so excited, this was such a hard decision but now that I've made it I feel so amazing. I ended up getting the one I tried on just one week after getting engaged. 50+ dresses later, I tried it on again and I just knew it was the one. No one in Seattle carries it (I found it in Maryland) but I found a shop that will order it. The shop is called A Princess Bride. Awesome!

The dress is Mon Cheri Lauren, and photos just do not do it justice. I'm walking on air like I just got engaged all over again. :)

Thanks so much everybody! I forgot to mention, sadly I am not getting it in the green color, though wouldn't that be awesome? I'm getting it in ivory. And NO, I don't have photos of me in it, sadness. :( Because the shop I was in when I tried it on wouldn't allow photos, and the shop I was in when I purchased it didn't actually physically have the dress; they just took my measurements and ordered it direct from Mon Cheri. I don't get to take photos of myself in it until it arrives in March or April. Impatience!

I owe an apology to the hive, by the way - I really do appreciate all of you who voted in my poll when I was trying to decide between this one and the gorgeous Pronovias, and you overwhelmingly selected the Pronovias, but I felt I had to reject your kind advice when I tried on the Mon Cheri again and it just felt so, so right. Sometimes you just have to go with your gut!
