Marry Me by Train is a popular one for videos I've seen lately. I would also recommend:
Everlasting love- Natalie Cole
Unforgettable- Nat and Natalie Cole
Wonderwall- Oasis
I've got a feeling- BEP
A thousand years- Christina Perri
In your eyes- Peter Gabriel
Only time- Enya
You are so beautiful to me- Joe Cocker
Have you ever been in love- Celine Dion
Heaven (Candlelight mix)- DJ Sammy
Endless Love- Lionel Richie and Diana Ross (or the Mariah version)
@pinksapphire - Thanks! I'd never heard "A Thousand Years", but I like it... maybe for the getting ready scenes? I've always liked the song, "Luckiest", by Ben Folds, and that is another one I was thinking about for the beginning stuff, but I worry overdosing on "luck" with our first dance song being "Lucky"... I see with DH thinkis about the Christina Perri one.
Any other suggestions?
Others on my 'maybe' list:
One Eyed Cat - Jenny & Tyler http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wsJhza_xImg (I think they only have a live version though)
Better Together - Jack Johnson
For the dance montage - I've Got a Feeling is a good idea... I also like older ones like China Grove (my Dad loves Doobie Brothers). I also like Signed, Sealed, Delivered but not sure how it would go with the others.
ETA - I'm looking over the list of my friends' requests for the reception and "Say Hey I Love You" - Michael Franti & Spearhead might be another contender for a fast song.
Pick songs you love that have personal meaning to you, not what someone else picks.
You can use your first dance song if you want. The others can be random songs you both love. I wouldn't use someone else's first dance song for your video, since it doesn't have a significant meaning to you as a couple.
@ember78 - we plan to use our actual first dance song and family dance songs (the long video will have each of the special dances in their entirety) but we still need 4 or 5 other songs. We really don't have any other songs that have meaning to us as a couple. Pretty much the only thing we ever listen to in the car is NPR!
"Sea of Love" performed by Cat Power is a great slower song, as is Ingrid Michaelson's version of "Can't help falling in love"
God only knows by the Beach Boys, and Question by the Old 97's, This will be our year by the Zombies,
One of my video is the pre-wedding photos that we took. We decided to choose a soft and relaxing piano music - The Moment by Yiruma.

The videographer has emailed/called me numerous times asking for 4 or 5 songs so that he can finish our wedding video. Any ideas?
I'm not very music savvy and neither is my husband. He doesn't like country.
Our first dance was "Lucky" by Jason Mraz. My dance with my dad was his pick, Edwin McCain, "Walk With You". His dance was his mom's pick, Dar Williams, "The One Who Knows."
Any suggestions for songs that will sort of go with these would be greatly appreciated!!!
