WHOOP WHOOP!! That is one heck of a non-scale victory! Go girl!!

I’ve done pretty well this week. I have my first followup measurements after a month of counting calories, fat, fiber, protien & carbs along w 3 days/week personal traning & 1-2 days a week of pilates. Although I havent been 100% with my eating, i’m hoping i’ve done enough to be down a few inches. So this means- super strictness all weekend so my measurements look good on Monday!!

You are a stronger woman than I, my friend! Great job!

Last week was a bad week eating-wise–I had two binge days and it made me feel horrible. I decided, though, that I wasn’t going to let it ruin my progress, and came back stronger this week! Even if the scale doesn’t show any change on Sunday, I still feel like I did better than last week, and that’s a big deal 🙂  … though no lies, I will be pumped if I can finally hit the 20-lb lost mark, hahah.

Great job op! I had a small bite of an oatmeal cookie then set it aside today so I know its tough!

@MrsNewDay:  Woo hoo! I know how insanely hard that can be!

DH is sick, so he wanted spaghetti with butter and cheese for dinner ast night. As much as I wanted that butter/cheese orgy, I put tomato sauce on my spaghetti instead. I saved myself 400 calories, as much as I didn’t want to!

I got up early this morning and worked out even though my FI didnt want to (he returned late from a business trip last night).  Usually we go together, so I was proud that I stuck to my schedule even though it would have been easier to just lay in bed with him! now i feel awesome!

@MrsNewDay:  congrats! Idk if I could be that strong. Usually I cut the donut in half to make myself feel better, lol.

I’ve been doing bodypump lately, and this week I was able to put more weight on the bar. Woohoo!

ETA: For the chocolate craving, have you tried the Chocolate Delight Special K? It’s delicious, and I’ve successfully used it to fight that craving.

@MrsNewDay:  Good for you for saying no!!! I actually am obsessed with DD – I am from Philly originally but now I live i California where DDs are non-existent (i think there is one in LA now, but that’s 6 hrs from me…) I cannot say the same about saying “no.” Yesterday I ate 2 donuts my fiance had bought for his students (he’s a teacher) and he had several leftover, I dropped by his school after work to help him grade papers and ate the donuts. In my defense, I am carb loading for a half marathon tomorrow, which pretty much in my mind gives me license to eat whatever I want, hahaah (I know, I know…not the case). I also got my period yesterday, so that didn’t help! Anyway, Good work!! May the will power force be with you!!!! I’ll be running and eating my heart out tomorrow and then trying to have some self control again 🙂

Started WW 10 days ago. Down 7.6 lbs as of this morning and last night I went to trivia and my friend had a taco salad and a side of fries and FI had mozzarella sticks, I had water with lemon because I was satisfied from dinner a couple hours before. I didn’t need or want dinner part two.

@MrsNewDay:  Congratulations on resisting the donut temptation!

There are Bronco Cupcakes, less than 5 feet from my office..and I can honestly say that after two weeks of working out 6 times a week and eating clean, I don’t want one…there was chocolate cake in here on Tuesday, didn’t want that either.

Mr. 99 and I are going to a Super Bowl party this weekend, but instead of gorging on pizza and beer, we’re going to get something a little bad, but not too terrible from Qdoba and sip martinis…however, since we make amazing beer, we’ll be bringing some to the party for all to enjoy…I’ll happily skip the bloating, thanks.

I don’t know what happened to either of us, but we’re on our way to a super healthy 2014!

Keep it up…but if anyone NEEDS a donut, you get it and eat it, cause that’s kind of serious!

Whoot whoot!! Good for you! I went to the gym at 5 am this morning! (just like the last 3 days) but last night was a work happy hour last night and prob ate some not so good for you food (i limited myself though!) and figured i needed an additional work out!

I’m down 16 lbs from November 3rd!
