Yes, it's out of character & he's asked you not to look at his bank history. : (6 votes)

Nope, if you've both discussed it as being way in the future, it's probably not happening. : (4 votes)

He might be: the secretiveness supports that, but don’t get your hopes up cos you’ll feel so disappointed if he doesn’t. If he does then YAY and show us da bling!

Sounds hopeful to me :)! So exciting, I’m sure you’ll have a great time either way!

He might not want you looking in his back account because he could have pre-paid for portions of your trip.  You never know.

    Regardless, have a good weekend.

@SweetFlower:  This is what I was thinking.

Try not to get your hopes up since you guys have talked about waiting. I hope you have a great trip regardless of what happens!

I hope the best for you but maybe it’s just a normal present and he didn’t want you to see where it was coming from or where he may have booked your fun!  Either way I’m sure you will have an amazing time!

@perri:  I am in a similar situation to you. I have been seeing “signs” and I really didn’t think anything about it until a friend seemed to think it was completely obvious what was going on. I’m trying to not get too excited especially since (like you) we weren’t really thinking about taking that step yet. But now (like you!) I’m going totally bonkers too! All I can say is the lower your expectations, the better the surprise πŸ™‚

@perri:  I voted no because us gals are usually ready for marriage before guys, as you are both young, it doesn’t sound like you have discussed marriage much, and you’re not sure you’re ready (so what’s the likelihood he is). Also, in my experience, nearly all guys won’t propose if they’re not pretty sure that you’ll say yes. But good luck!! And enjoy it either way!! Ps, the bank thing does make me wonder though

@perri:  Great plan of attack! I’m doing the same – I’m brushing off ALL the hints individually and even though when I put them together it’s totally convincing I am just assuming it’s a weird ass coincidence. For you, either way, the fact that he has planned a weekend for the two of you is excitement in itself! Have fun!
