My first spinning class! Yay! Just wanted to share… I loved it, will probably go 2-3 times / week until the wedding in 51 days.
FI came with me; we are both already into sports, but we made a pact of training even more and eating even better for the next weeks even if it’s Christmas! hmmm I’ll probably do better than him! 🙂

Wow, good for you! I hate hate hate spinning… too much sweat and too much… pain…. in areas that I DONT LIKE PAIN IN!

i actually need to go back, i haven’t been anywhere in years… after m’s kids are in school wednesday i am going to run up and down my steps (i live on the second floor of my complex)… i’m figuring i could do that for 30 minutes and burn some calories… or something…

Tht’s so grerat he came with you! i can’t get mine to go–he doesn’t b elieve me when i say that there are men in the class!
you can burn up to 700 calories during spinning. i’ve been going regularly to burn off some post-wedding weight. it’s how i got slim in my butt/back particularly before the wedding. Keep doing it, it’s great for you!
also some pilates is awesome. =]

Spinning is an awesome workout. I miss it! I don’t get quite as good a workout doing anything else and the way it makes my buns and legs look is worth all the pain, and sweat… lots of pain and lots of sweat! lol…
