@HellaCooper:  lol! I love those examples.

For me, I kept having ideas of when/how he might do it, but he still caught me off guard! It was at like 10am before we ate breakfast. Maybe I didn’t expect it because I was still waking up? lol

@HellaCooper:  Lol and honestly it goes vice versa. Some of them say it will take a while and then surprise.

Either way, I understand what you are saying! It is driving me nuts. In my situation, his soon and my soon are different.

Hahahahahaha!! This is one of the reasons I chose a specific month for my upcoming proposal – I could stand a month of that kind of turmoil, but no longer! Plus, I’ve always imagined a fall proposal – blue skies, cool weather, leaves changing into every color.

He gave everything away even down to the day and STILL managed to surprise me. It’s a mix of his bad lying and my obliviousness.

@HellaCooper:

coming soon™  hahahahah my SO is definitely using that…it really does exist.

He said one night “Let’s go for a walk” after I heard the infamous coming soon™  …..so I was like “Oh!!! Sure!!! Where to?”  “The grocery store down the block”

I’m suspicious of everything he suggests now -_-   it’s a TOTAL time buyer guys must all know about
