Weddingbee boards

Okay the reception will be held in an old country styl gathering hall. There are a few sitting rooms connected to the main hall.

We are having a small ceremony/reception. The guest count should be about 40. It'll be in the early afternoon, like 2. So I just wanna know what y'all think of this? Too much? Too little?

-We will have some music playing in the background. Its going to some really upbeat instrumental music. We will not be having dancing though.

-There will be no alcohol. We will have a cake, but not any cake. Instead of a wedding cake it's going to be a cake with like an edible photo printed on it. The picture will be a goofy one of us from our engagement photos. There will also be an arrangment of cupcakes (in the wedding colors). For drinks we will have some of my family's "Famous" punch, as well as an assortment of sodas.

-We will have one game. The newlywed/shoes game that many people on here have suggested. We will be making a slight change. We will use some of the questions for it that were recommended online. But we will also invite our guests to submit their own questions. We're hoping this will make it a little more personal and fun for the guests.

-In one of the sitting rooms we will be setting up our version of a photo booth. We'll have the room decorated. We will have a polaroid camera set up in the room. People can come in, right a note of a small whiteboard and have their photo taken. They can then sign their name on the bottom. THey leave all the pictures in a box that we will take home. When we send out Thank You cards everyone will get a copy of their picture.

-Also everyone will get a little take home gift. The table with cupcakes/cake will be lined with color coordinated personalized Jones Soda's. (Personalized with a photo of us, and a short message on the back which will include our names/wedding date/etc.) There will be enough for all of our guests to take one home.
