Maybe if you get the flower damp and hang it upside down? Sorry, that is the only thing I can think of. A dry cleaner might have some ideas.

steamer, i would try a few puffs from a steamer and fluff them

Agree with the steamer idea.  That way the flower won’t get too wet.  You could even give it a couple of shots of steam from your iron (just hold it a few inches from the flower).

@Ms. Figales: Steam it first if that doesn’t work try the wetting and hanging idea.  But I must know WHERE did you get those shoes?

Steamer or steam from an iron…that’s how we revive flowers on costumes that have been packed away for too long.

The one of the right in the picture looks way better to me now.  It almost looks fluffier than the one on the left! If you’re worried about the fluffiness falling out.. can you use some spray starch on it to stiffen it in place?  (Since we’re talking ironing tools… might as well bring out the starch, too!) 🙂

They look fine to me now, but you might try blow-drying on a warm setting from underneath. I would try ordering another pair, keeping the two best shoes.
