It kind of reminds me of high school (like a homecoming dress) for some reason.  But if your girls like it, that’s all that matters!

I love it personally.  Would this be the color you’re choosing?

Not sure – it’s very pretty, but personally I’m not a fan of dipped-hem dresses, and I know they make me look dumpy. You’d have to be careful if your bridesmaids are of different builds! Other than that though, it is lovely.

Love the color but the 2 layer of ruffles and hi low hem are not my favorite.

I’m not a fan of the skirt, but it’s a pretty dress.  I’d be worried about how it looks on your girls.  Since it’s Alfred Angelo, and all your girls are in different shapes, sizes, and tastes, why not let them pick any short dress in jade chiffon (or whatever matching fabric)?  That way they’ll all look great, but there will still be harmony in the fabric and length.

Seems kind of young….not sure why, but it does not look like a bridesmaid dress to me.  But it is your wedding and you get to do what you want…that is the fun part about being a bride.

I’m with the others, I am not a fan of high-low hemlines. I know they’re trendy right now but they seem like something that will look pretty dated in 5-10 years. I am a big fan of strapless chiffon dresses – that’s what my ‘maids are wearing – but I agree with the PP that the ruffles/multiple layers make it look more like a homecoming dress. Have you looked at the J. Crew Arabelle dress (and there are tons of other similar dresses out there that are cheaper!) – it has the same bodice, and it’s also made of chiffon, but the cut is more sophisticated IMO. Here’s a pic:

My ‘maids are definitely all different shapes and sizes, so they are wearing different  short J. Crew chiffon dresses. You may way to let your girls choose several styles so they are more comfortable. Here are the styles my girls chose:
