welp. didnt mean to put this in waiting.. i was too excited to notice :)
It's beautiful on you! Definitely do the pampering session, it's so much fun to be spolied when you're the bride :)
maybe if you don't like it, could you say what it is that you dislike? :) thanks
It looks lovely on you, and I totally agree on feeling naked in a strapless dress! One thing: the lace straps look very wide, and you have a narrow frame... it looks like they don't quite "fit" because they go over your shoulders a little (like not-quite-cap-sleeves). Maybe they would adjust them properly if they were actually sewn into the dress, but it's something you may want to ask them about.
I do think you look stunning and really happy with the dress :)
I'm not a big fan of slim fitted wedding dresses, I like big princess ball gowns. but I really like this one! looks great on you! doesn't matter what everyone else thinks, you'll be happiest wearing what you look best in.
I think this dress looks great on you!! If I were you i would get it and the straps actually look like they are made for the dress :)
@katiesee: I love the dress and I think it looks lovely with sleeves, maybe not just those particular sleeves.
Looks so pretty on you! Also, love the idea of a "bridal pampering appointment". How fun is that.
I was going to buy this dress! It looks great on you and I love the sleeves!
I bought my dress online, so I missed out on all the fun experiences of going to the store. You're going to have so much fun popping champagne and showing that beauty off to your family and friends!
Beautiful dress! Buy it! And I know the sleeves aren't sewn on yet, but I can understand what you are "going" for. But I'd have to agree that those particular ones look a little wide or something. But go for it girl! Awesome!
I love it! It's so different from anything I've seen and it looks great on you.
As tempting as the pampering is, if you know this is the one, go for it.
wow, I love it! (and why did it never occur to me to add straps like that... hmmm...)

i went on my very first wedding dress adventure yesterday with my girlfriends. we went to 4 places and it took all day, but i'm pretty sure i've found the one :)
i had been dead set against strapless dresses, because they make me feel naked. but the saleswoman brought me a dress and insisted i try it.
when i stood on the pedistal, she brought in straps that could be purchased an added to the dress. i melted :)
sorry the pics are gigantic. it's a private label by g ma 30.
i didn't go ahead and buy it for 2 reasons. i had an appointment at david's bridal and there was a dress there i was dying to try. (which i ended up hating).
AND, the shop that this dress was in offers a "bridal pampering appointment". you pay $100, and you need to book 3 weeks in advance. then, they shut the store down, and you can try on any dresses you like. they have food and pop champagne, and you can invite a few guests with you. it'd be a great time to shop for bridesmaid dresses, too. then, they take the $100 off of your purchase.
i guess my main reason for posting is to get some objective opinions. THANK YOU :)
