Ok bees. I’m overweight and just graduated college, have a sit down job, and drive 2.5 hours a day. Up until now, I never really had a chance to work out. Now that I don’t have school (I finally have a lunch break) and I have a POOL, I can work out. I’ve been running every day with my friend from work and I’m excited and yet anxious about losing weight. My wedding is 6 weeks away and I want to at least feel beautiful for my wedding day. Do you bees think I can continue staying motivated and encouraged!?!?! I hope so. 🙂

Whenever you want a muffin just picture yourself in your wedding dress. It works for me 🙂 This sounds totally doable.

In 6 weeks if you watch your calorie intake and exercise every day you could easily lose 10-12 pounds and look much more toned also! Just do your dress alterations as late as possible.

I started eating healthy, clean foods last week and really stepped up my exercise, and I feel a million times better! In just a week. Think of what you can do with 6 weeks!! Drink a ton of water, watch your salt intake, exercise, and keep your goal in sight. I keep reminding myself that I can’t cheat because I don’t have time to cheat. Good luck to you!

You can totally stay motivated! You already have a good foundation because you are running with a partner who will keep you motivated. You can also keep posting here, the ladies are wonderful at encouraging one another 🙂
