I think I want white chocolate

OMG that red one looks amazing!  White chocolate is my favorite and I’d love any of these.  White chocolate does seem to be a polarizing flavor, but it probably wouldn’t be an issue for you since you have other dessert options available already.  I’d go for it 🙂

I personally don’t like to eat white chocolates, but those are beautiful and would make great pics – I say go for it! 😛

Ooooh yummy! I prefer dark chocolate to white but your options all look delicious! If I didn’t feel like having white chocolate I could still eat some of your other desserts so it’s all good 🙂

Have you thought about having a layer of “regular” chocolate cake but with white chocolate icing? That way you could get the look that you like and if some of your guests who don’t like white chocolate are adamant about eating wedding cake and nothing else they can have a slice from that layer. Everybody goes home happy! 🙂

I love white chocolate. It’s my favorite indulgence but FH seriously dislikes it. He would be totally fine with all those other options (ice cream, brownies, etc.)

@wabanzi:  No, not at all!  As long as there are options I like (which there are – everything you’ve listed sounds awesome!) I’m a happy camper. 🙂

@wabanzi:  Hahaha! That’s so cute, it sounds like something my mother would do 🙂 She loves white chocolate too 🙂

That sounds SO DELICIOUS!

If you have the extra $150, and it’s not going to kill your budget, I would definitely go for it!

@wabanzi:  I think they look amazing, but echo other comments here that most people either like it or they hate it.  I’d say have other options available (then again I fall into the hate it catagory so I’m biased).  Still the look of the various cakes are awesome!

It is very pretty and unique, and if you’re worried about the cost you could either take it from something else or make the cake more affordable by having some fake tiers and then using a sheet cake. Not sure how much it would save, but might be worth asking the baker so you could reduce the price a bit.
