I just bought the 30 day Shred. I have listened to many of you wonderful ladies swear by this video so I bought it.

Wish me luck! I am ready to make a change...for my hubby, for my future kids and more importantly for me, myself and I.

Good luck! I did it 30 times in 30 days and it was such a great jump start to get in shape. You will feel so empowered as you get stronger and each level gets easier. Totally worth the sweat!

I thought I was going to die the first few days. I made it to day 7 and then I took a few days off, kept going, and eventually I made it to level 3 but sadly I fell off the shred wagon back in June. Good luck!

Yay, another shred buddy!!! I just started the shred video this week...today will be Day 2 for me. It is so nice to have other brides who are doing the same workout :)

Good luck getting started!! The first workout was a killer for me, but so worth it!
