Oh my god! I've been working for the same company for years. I love my job and I enjoy talking to my customers but it can be stressful working with a big corporation and there being lots of rules. I'm always working weekends and holidays.
Anyways, just when I had considered getting another job and thinking how I was stuck where I am until fate came along, fate came! A regular customer offered me a job, telling me that when the position opened up he immediately thought of me and my wonderful personality.
Bees, it pays more than my job now. I'd be working a set schedule. No weekends or holidays or nights. Compared to the job now I'd be sleeping in. I get to wear casual clothes, and the enviroment seems so less stressful and rigorous. I'm pumped. There are so many positives I'm not sure there are negatives. Although it's not my dream job, it's what I was hoping for until I graduate college. And at this point I still have a long way to go until that happens.
He said he'd set up a second interview. But I think I'm the only one he's considering. I feel like I'm on cloud 9! And he's such a kind spirited gentleman, too!
