I’m currently a novice runner, and ran my first 5K in August. I’m running another one near Thanksgiving, and my goal is to run a half marathon sometime next year. I also try to do resistance training several times a week, and I have a love-hate relationship with kettlebell workouts. Has anyone tried Bob Harper’s Body Shred Workout? It is a 30 min workout that came with the kettlebell I purchased at Target. This workout kicks my butt everytime. I can run a 5K with no problems, but I have found myself pushing pause in the middle of this dvd workout. How crazy is that? Is anyone out there a regular kettlebell user? If so, have you found that you’ve seen results with continous use? I was using a 10lb kettlebell, but have recently upgraded to a 15lb.
If you don’t use kettlebells, what does your workout routine look like?
