He told me that my ring could be in one of three places:

The mail, his parents house, or out here (as in where I live and the city that he is moving too).

I am so excited. Plus, the other day his friend asked him when he was going to pop the question. They started whispering and I heard him say that it was pretty and she doesn't know. I was trying to talk to his friend's wife and listen at the same time lol.

I think it may happen this weekend because I know that he always wanted to do it at a family function and there is one this weekend. So I am praying that it is this weekend!!!

Rosegirl: That is what I am afraid of. I am trying to tell myself that it won't happen so that I won't be disappointed if it doesn't happen then.

Also,

Next week he wants to go look at wedding stuff and talk to actual vendors and he never wanted to do that until he proposed. He wants to get price points so that we can know if what we want is affordable. So if it doesn't happen this weekend it must be happening soon.

Thanks ladies. I have two more assignments/finals due by Wednes. so I will distracted for a few more days.

Thanks Ladies. It hasn't happened yet. Apparently there is a problem with the ring. I am getting so frustrated because he keeps dropping hints and smiling. But it's not fun or funny any more. All those games that my bf and my family are playing to throw me off is really making me mad. They all know that I don't like to not know something, and for them to drag it out this long is making me so mad. I may pull one on all of them and go back to my apartment for a few days alone (I am back in town for the holidays).

I don't think that they realize how it feels to be in this position. I was trying to be a good sport and stay off of wedding related stuff for a while (that is why I have not been on here), but they started the topic again. But the good news is that I made all A's this semester.

I want to add that I am really disappointed because he revealed that he planned to propose for Thanksgiving and the weekend that I was suspecting but there was some issue with the ring.

Thanks ladies! We talked today and I think he went a head and brought another ring this past weekend. When you told me about the ring issue he said that he wanted to go to the mall the next day but he wouldn't say why. We went and the first place he took me was a jewelry store. He wanted to see if he could find a good deal before trying to continue to get the ring that he orginally ordered. I think he may have brought a ring because with it being the Holiday season there are so many great deals out there (But I still don't know for sure). The talk that we just had made me feel a lot better.
