(Closed) I think the bridal salon gave me a sample veil instead of a new one :/

for that price i honestly would put up a fight..i had trouble with a salon that i ordered my bridesmaids dresses through (they took forever to ship them) had to eventually file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau before they finally stepped up their game and got me the dresses.

Shouldnt it have tags on it? I would refuse anythung that didnt have a tag

@FutureMrsWeston:  If I was you I’d be ticked, but similarly feel awkward about calling. I think you should call and say exactly what you just told us- talk to the manager and explain how long you waited and how you kept getting pushed away and talk about how the veil has clearly been worn considering someone else’s hair is all up on it. “I spent $250 and I want to make that this product isn’t simply a sample and that I’m actually receiving what was ordered.”
